Saint Paul asked rhetorically, "If God is for us, who can be against us?"  Is God really for us; is He really on our side?  YES, and the evidence is in the saving work of Jesus.  But is this simply evidence of God being for us?  NO, it is also that by which we are eternally loved and saved.  Now, because of the cross and empty tomb, we know that nothing can separate us from God's love in Christ.
