Accelerated Reader 

Accelerated Reader – commonly referred to as AR – is a web-based program designed to encourage enthusiasm for reading. Used by schools throughout the country, AR motivates students to read at ever-increasing levels of difficulty – though at their own pace – and provides computerized quizzes to help teachers track progress.
